Replacement Warranty

Vape Palace offers a 24-hour replacement warranty on defective hardware for customers who purchased from our online vape shop or stores. The warranty covers the following issues:

  • Device charging issues
  • Internal battery issues
  • Chip and LCD display issues
  • Auto firing or other device firing issues

Note: Only the above issues are eligible under the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The following items and situations are excluded from the warranty:

  • Products: Coils, pods, e-liquid, pre-filled pods, disposables, tanks, rebuildable products, and batteries.
  • Causes of Damage:
    • Improper use or unauthorized repair
    • Damage caused by excessive force (e.g., dropping or abuse)
    • Usage outside recommended operating instructions
    • Water damage, juice spillage, fire damage, or leaky tanks
    • Stripped/damaged threads, crooked 510 connectors, rattling or sticky buttons
    • Missing components
    • Normal wear and tear or aging of the product
    • Modification of the product (voids the warranty automatically)
    • Items outside of the warranty period

Note: The 30-day warranty begins from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.

Disposable Devices

Vape Palace offers a limited DOA warranty on disposable devices within 24 hours.

  • If the device does not work upon first use, it will be replaced free of charge.
  • The device MUST be returned in the original packaging with a tax stamp.
  • No exceptions will be made for missing packaging or tax stamps.

Prefilled Pods

Vape Palace offers a limited 24-hour return policy for prefilled pods if they are unused and leaking.

  • The pods MUST be returned in the original packaging with a tax stamp.
  • No exceptions will be made for missing packaging or tax stamps.

STLTH Warranty

  • Vape Palace does not handle STLTH warranty items.
  • Customers must contact STLTH directly at: STLTH Warranty Support.

E-liquid

For consumer safety reasons, all e-liquid purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Variations in e-liquid may occur due to steeping, heat exposure, sunlight, or changes in device resistance.

Tanks, Coils, and Pods

Due to their consumable nature, Vape Palace offers a limited DOA warranty on tanks, coils, and pods:

  • If these items fail upon first use, they will be replaced free of charge.
  • Defective products MUST be returned in their original packaging with all components for testing.

Discontinued/Clearance Products

  • Discontinued items deemed defective within the warranty period will be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.
  • If the new product is of greater value, the customer will pay the price difference.

Manufacturer Contact Information

If the warranty period has expired, Vape Palace recommends contacting the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties.

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Cosmetic damage
    • Damage caused by third-party products
    • Accidents, abuse, misuse, or contact with liquids
    • Damage from external causes (e.g., fire)
    • Damage from unauthorized services

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
